Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Delays
While we strive to meet the stated processing and delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand) may occasionally affect shipping. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Eligibility Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.

Exchange-Only Policy

  • We do not issue refunds.

  • Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift code that can be used on future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, or final-sale products, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping
